    Cerner Enviza is looking for a motivated and curious recent college graduate to take on this Research Analyst, Intern opportunity within the Research Department. This position will sit within the Real World Evidence (RWE) Research Team, where you will be central to the teams responsible for executing primary and custom healthcare studies and delivering highly impactful evidence studies to RWE clients within the healthcare field. The ideal candidate will have an academic background in public health, psychology, life science or internship experience in the pharmaceutical industry. Bring your expertise and innovation, be prepared to build your career on a global level and get ready to be a catalyst.You will:Design surveys: Responsible for creation and accuracy of online survey programming for content, skip logic, spelling, etc.Execute research: Participate in internal kick off meetings, ensure project schedule deadlines are being met and monitor operations processes; recruitment, fielding and programmingQA projects: Oversee project quality by continuous monitoring of internal and external teams to resolve issues with survey programming edits/updatesProject manage: Collaborate with internal colleagues as well as outsourced vendors and their delivery of questionnaire programmingAssist with ad hoc projects and training: Participate in and coordinate adverse events training, submit reports as needed, and document necessary information requirements set forth by our standard operating procedures Working Environment REMOTE This position offers a Remote working environment. Meaning you can live and work in your current geographical location and work primarily remote. There could be times you will be requested to travel and/or visit a Cerner office or client site. #Remote Qualifications Basic Qualifications:Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Sociology, Economics, Business Administration or related field or a recent graduateDesired Qualifications: Microsoft Office skills a must, specifically MS Word, Excel and Power PointTeam player who can work closely with others as well as independently in a project-based, matrixed organizationMust possess strong attention to detail, multi-tasking and organizational abilitiesDemonstrate problem solving and decision-making skillsExcellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communications skills ExpectationsWilling to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulationsWork in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of positionPerform other responsibilities as assigned Applicants for U.S. based positions with Cerner Corporation must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
