Title: SAP PP Consultant
Duration: 6+ month contract
Location: Seattle WA (onsite) (relocation accepted. Client will pay all expenses)

** Job Description:**
- Experience as a Procure to Pay (P2P) work stream lead required for Aviation Airframe Manufacturer level and experience as P2P Team member for Senior Consultant K5 and K4 Consultant levels is required.
- Procure-to-Pay (P2P) manages the supplier facing side of supply chain, including the identification and onboarding of new suppliers, procurement requisition and order management, inbound logistics, inventory management for goods receipt, invoice payment, vendor evaluation and spend analysis. Also includes global trade integration.
- Support Explore workshops and articulate key value propositions in area of SME and S/4HANA innovations pertinent to Procurement processes.
- MM, IM, QM and LE configuration and deployment experience
Responsibilities of Role:
- Collaborate in the development of strong value propositions for transformational initiatives
- Apply strong knowledge of the business processes for developing and testing ERP functions associated with business operations.
- Facilitate workshops (solution architecting, requirements gathering) with business managers, client staff, and end-users to determine business and functional requirements
- Design and configure ERP systems to meet client business requirements
- Conduct knowledge transfer and training of end-users, including sharing best practices
- Provide leadership to junior systems analysts and client personnel assigned to projects
Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Computer Science, Math, Engineering, or equivalent discipline required
- A minimum of ten (10) years prior professional consulting or equivalent business process Aviation, Aerospace & Defense experience
- S/4HANA Certification in area of SME. S/4HANA experience at 1809 or above.
- Big 4 experience with IBM, Accenture, Deloitte, PWC or other large CSI
- Successful completion of at least three full life cycle implementations of S/4HANA
- Successful completion of the rollout and localization of a global design is a plus
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Strong ability to facilitate discussions and negotiate mutually beneficial solutions when necessary
- Expert in using MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Visio, and Project)
- Familiar with Agile methodology and its constructs
Candidate must have experience involving a worldwide deployment of an SAP S/4HANA global design with US localization geography.
Specific SAP modules required: Material Management (MM), Inventory Management (IM), Quality Management (QM), Logistics Execution (LE) is required.
Must be experienced with these modules in a complex OEM Aviation, Aerospace & Defense Manufacturing environment.
Tier 1 experience in a similar Supplier / OEM ecosystem is required, but experience in Industrial Products (Caterpillar, John Deere, etc.) is also applicable.
Must understand the processes for Procurement, logistics services, and outside manufacturing services.
Quick response EDI experience in a JIT door to floor environment feeding a manufacturing OEM line.
Some knowledge of Import/Export as it relates to purchasing is a plus. Knowledge of Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) Program flowdown is a plus.
QM as it relates to incoming inspection also a plus
