Job Description

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING:

SYNTHESIS AND CHARACTERIZATION:

• Fabricate NCX manufacturing products with high reproducibility 
• Proficient in the characterization of NCX manufacturing products
• Meticulously document production into batch records and forms associated with NCX quality system

INDEPENDENCE:

• Discuss and analyze work with co-workers and managers to ensure adherence to NCX Quality system and production of quality product
• Works with manager to and co-corkers to complete assigned tasks and adhere to production schedule

INITIATIVE:

• Suggests improvements to existing documentation to make processes more efficient 
• Contributes to process improvement by identifying inefficiencies in current process
• Reviews and supports manufacturing schedule

SCOPE:

• Works with manager and co-workers to ensure timely delivery of all manufacturing deliverables
• Compiles reports and data that can be used to support document and process updates
• Develop Quality skills through training to maintain and improve the nanoComposix Quality Management System

GMP MANUFACTURING:

• Identifies improvements to production records, test protocols, work instructions, and review of test methods for GMP Manufacturing
• Maintain records as per QSR, GMP and ISO guidelines
• Working knowledge of cGMP Ensures personal adherence to cGMP guidelines

Qualifications

A.     EDUCATION

• B.Sc., B.A., M.Sc.
• High school with 0+ years’ prior experience

 B.      EXPERIENCE

• At least 1-year prior lab experience

 C.  KNOWLEDGE/SKILL

• Advanced laboratory skills
