JOB SUMMARY
The Senior Production Foreman is responsible for the effective and
economic installations, operation and maintenance of oil and gas
production facilities.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervises company and contract Foremen
- Supervises company and contract personnel conducting repair and
maintenance operations
- Ability to establish and maintain work schedule
- Recommends and implements maintenance programs
- Recommends changes in production operations and confers with
Production Superintendent on implementing changes
- Codes and approves all invoices for services to properties under
his/her control
- Establishes and maintains good working relationships with surface
owners
- Oversees chemical program
- Assist in finding production variances and offer possible solutions
- Communicate well issues and production downtime to Superintendent
and Prod. Engineers
- Work with Prod. Foremen to ensure teams are working effectively and
striving to achieve company goals
- Manages production from the purchasers to the disposal
- Works with Sr. Rig Foreman and Superintendent to help set priority
of rig projects
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- Ten years related experience
- 5 years of leadership experience
- HAZWOPER Certification
- First Aid/CPR Certification
- H2S Training
- Valid state operator’s license
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to stand, stoop, walk, carry instruments, climb ladders and
navigate tank stairs.
- Occasional bending, crouching, pulling and kneeling to check
equipment and gauges, open and close valves and supervise repairs.
- Ability to lift up to (20 pounds) without assistance.
- Ability to one arm carry up to (10 pounds) without assistance.
- Must be able to exert up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally and up to
10 lbs. frequently to move or manipulate objects.
- Ability to work significant amounts of time as required in
completing job responsibilities.
- Daily driving of approximately 90 miles or more as required
completing assigned jobs and/or repairs.
- Exposure to and driving in all weather conditions, including extreme
heat, extreme cold, sun, rain, hail, sleet, high winds, etc. to
inspect and evaluate equipment and locations.
- Working environment includes exposure to extremely loud noises in
field, hazardous chemicals, and hydrocarbons that may be under
extreme pressure for which appropriate safety measures are required.
- Working with moving machinery/equipment parts for which extreme
caution must be taken.
- The ability to inspect and have close visual acuity to
perform activities.
- The ability to perform fine manipulation with hands and fingers.
