DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Monitory production, operations, costs, and profitability of wells
in area of responsibility
- Design and implement facility operation and well workover plans and
procedures
- Generate and review capital/expense AFE’s for facility, workover,
and regulatory expenditures
- Identify production inefficiencies and develop/direct well
intervention activities
- Develop plans for product recovery and treatment (artificial lift,
facilities, pipelines, utilities, chemical treatment, etc.)
- Select facility and artificial lift equipment to safely maximize
production and efficiency
- Provide training and resources to accomplish production goals
- Assure compliance with governmental requirements and company
policies
- Provide expert testimony for regulatory hearings
- Other duties as assigned
SKILLS
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Spotfire
- Experience with Wellview, Rodstar, Xspoc, Aries, Cygnet is a plus
Strong leadership skills; able to prioritize, delegate tasks, and make
sound decisions quickly while maintaining focus on the bottom line
Assembling and presenting technical concepts in a clear and concise
manner
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering or related engineering
discipline from an accredited University.
- Professional Engineer License is a plus
- Minimum of five years related industry experience
- Previous leadership, project management, or supervisory experience
is preferred
- First Aid/CPR Certification
- H2S Training
