DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Monitory production, operations, costs, and profitability of wells in area of responsibility
• Design and implement facility operation and well workover plans and procedures
• Generate and review capital/expense AFE’s for facility, workover, and regulatory expenditures
• Identify production inefficiencies and develop/direct well intervention activities
• Develop plans for product recovery and treatment (artificial lift, facilities, pipelines, utilities, chemical treatment, etc.)
• Select facility and artificial lift equipment to safely maximize production and efficiency
• Provide training and resources to accomplish production goals
• Assure compliance with governmental requirements and company policies
• Provide expert testimony for regulatory hearings
• Other duties as assigned

SKILLS

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)

Proficient in Excel, PowerPoint, Spotfire

• Experience with Wellview, Rodstar, Xspoc, Aries, Cygnet is a plus

Strong leadership skills; able to prioritize, delegate tasks, and make sound decisions quickly while maintaining focus on the bottom line

Assembling and presenting technical concepts in a clear and concise manner

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering or related engineering discipline from an accredited University. 
• Professional Engineer License is a plus
• Minimum of five years related industry experience 
• Previous leadership, project management, or supervisory experience is preferred
• First Aid/CPR Certification
• H2S Training
