JOB SUMMARY      

The Completion Foreman oversees activities of contractors performing completion, well service, and workover operations on wells

DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recommend changes in techniques and procedures with production manager on implementing changes
• Maintain accurate daily work reports including the coding and cost records in Wellview
• Establish and maintain good working relationship with surface owners
• Directly supervise contract services employed in the completion of workover of wells
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures and applicable laws

• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Proficient computer skills

QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Bachelor’s Degree in related field preferred
• Five years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to pass required pre-employment, background and drug test
• Valid Driver’s License with an acceptable driving record
