JOB SUMMARY
The Imaging & Reception Tech supports both the Document Imaging Center
and the Receptionist.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
DOCUMENT IMAGING CENTER (50%):
Perform specific keyboarding tasks in Grooper Document Management System
including:
- Document Prep: Organize/straighten files to be scanned and remove
staples
- Scanning: Operate Canon production scanners to capture image of
paper documents
- Indexing: Data entry of indexing information about each document
- Verification: Validate the correct indexing information was entered
Utilize Adobe Acrobat to convert image files to OCR searchable text
Cross train with other Imaging Techs to learn the workflow steps of each
document type and update Playbooks as changes occur
Cover responsibilities of other Imaging Techs during absences
Other duties as assigned
RECEPTIONIST (50%):
- Team up with the Sr. Receptionist to provide continual coverage in
the Reception Area. Cross train with the Sr. Receptionist to provide
support during absences
- Scheduled shifts with flexibility are necessary for coverage (8:00am
to 5:00pm)
- Greet and check in visitors and issue visitor access control badges
- Contact the specific CLR staff member the visitor is scheduled to
see
- Answer incoming calls to the CLR main public telephone
number (405.234.9000) and query the caller to determine the proper
routing of calls
- Imaging indexing and verification processes can be performed during
off-peak traffic times
- Cross train with the FAS Administrative Assistant to provide
telephone and systems support
- Assist Receptionist in making employee badges and issuing parking
cards for new employees and contractors.

SKILLS
- Strong communication and organizational skills, both written and
oral
- Proficient computer skills and keyboarding; document imaging
experience preferred
- Proven team player
- Effectively manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
- Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
- At least two years of related office experience
- An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test
