JOB SUMMARY
Assist in preparing completions, testing, and workover procedures.
Maintain project management control over equipment installation, well
completion, and workovers.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
- Mentor technical staff on complex engineering projects
- Monitors completion operations, costs and profitability
- Designs and implements completion and well workover plans and
procedure
- Generates and reviews AFE's for capital expenditures
- Reviews expenditures for properties within a specified area
- Analyzes well problems and directs actions to be taken
- Works well in a fast paced environment
- Solves minor problems with little supervision
- Consults with Completion manager on higher risk/complex problems and
projects
- Tracks costs and operational efficiency on a daily basis and reports
trends
- Performs post completion appraisal and provides recommendations for
performance improvement
- Works with completion foremen to ensure safe and efficient
operations
- Support asset teams as requested
- Assures compliance with governmental requirements and company
policies
- Provides training and resources to accomplish production goals
- Other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering or related engineering
discipline from an accredited College or University
- Twelve years of recent related experience
- Experience with Wellview
- Registered Professional Engineer is preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- An acceptable pre-employment background and drug test.
