    Remote position

    PROJECT

    Company has won more business and will be expanding their Medicare services in several new states.

    They are expanding Medicare to 200K users.

    This Medicare Expansion project will create 7 new various positions in total for this team.

    REQUIRED SKILLS

    MOST IMPORTANT

    Avaya PBX call flow development. MUST HAVE CREATED CALL FLOWS -

    VDN, Vector (creating call flows), Call Back Assist

     

    ·         LOOKING FOR A CALL FLOW GURU!

    ·         Best candidate will be call center focused writing and developing call flows.

    ·         IVR project experience

    ·         Avaya, PBX, Call Flow Development, Session Manager Experience (BSR, LAI Variables).

    ·         Position is strictly Call Center focused, does NOT handle upgrades or hardware support.

    ·         The person will audit call flows and assist with IMPLEMENTING BEST PRACTICES WITH CALL FLOW DEVELOPMENT.

    ·         Experience with Avaya Voice Systems (Avaya 7.x platform) including configuration/administration of Avaya Communication Manager

    ·         CMS (V18/19), ACD, IEX (Workforce Management) call center reporting

    ·         Working with local communication service providers (TDM, SIP) and Long Distance providers

    ·         Experience with Dialers (POM/CCT Pro)

    ·         Nice/Engage (Call Recording)

     

    BONUS SKILLS

    • Experience Collaborating with Network engineers and Telecom teams (internal and external)
    • Service Now ticketing
    • Toll Free Management
    • Ingenius (CTI)
    • Cisco or Avaya Certifications

    SKILLS:

    • Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, customer service and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
    • Basic mentoring skills necessary to provide support and constructive performance feedback.
    • Knowledge of the full software development lifecycle: from business/systems analysis, through requirements gathering and functional specification authoring, to development, testing and delivery.
    • Ability to troubleshoot issues and make system changes as needed to resolve issue.
    • Knowledge of circuit boards, processors, electronic equipment and computer hardware and software.
    • Knowledge of computer development software across multiple platforms.
