We are partnered with an Award Winning Roofing Contractor, looking for an Estimator/Sales to join their team!

In the role of a Commercial Roofing Estimator/Salesperson, your primary responsibility is to generate sales revenue, ensuring the achievement of year-over-year profit targets. As a valuable team member, you will be tasked with cultivating and sustaining robust customer relationships, specifically with contractors and building owners.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Generate detailed cost estimates of commercial roofing projects
• Visit work sites, work with production team to determine material and labor costs to profitably complete the project
• Create cost comparisons using historical data of comparable projects
• Solicit project opportunities from contractors and building owners
• Monitor progress of ongoing projects
• Address client objections to increase probability of winning business

Key Performance Measurements:

• Total revenue generated vs. sales goal
• Quote to close ratio 
• Average profit margin
• Number of estimate opportunities generated
• Addition of new customers

Qualifications

• College degree preferred
• At least five years experience in commercial roofing estimating a must
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• A pre-established book of business with Colorado customers is preferred
• Position is fully onsite

Salary range: $80,000 - $95,000 + includes eligibility for bonuses
