Position: Vice President, Commercial Roofing Contractor
Location: Greater Chicago (Hybrid Position)
Salary: $175,000 - $200,000 (DOE) + BONUS + great benefits + unlimited PTO

Our client is a Top 25 roofing contractor and has been in business for almost 40 years and services the commercial and industrial markets. Due to massive growth, their commercial reroofing division is looking for a VP to oversee and grow their retail reroofing business and lead a strong team of professionals in that division. You will have the support and backing of the corporate executive team as this is a priority for the organization. Your expertise in retail reroofing, strong leadership skills, and business acumen will drive the division's growth and profitability while maintaining high-quality standards and exceptional customer satisfaction.

What you bring to the table:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail reroofing or commercial roofing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully developing and growing a retail reroofing division or business unit.
- Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, contractors, and industry partners.
- Solid understanding of retail industry requirements and customer expectations.
- Extensive knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
- Familiarity with applicable building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Proficiency in project management software and financial analysis tools.
- Ability to travel as required.
