Established CPA Firm is looking to bring on an Audit Manager for their Orlando Office location.
- Hybrid remote – 1-2 days in the office
- 50 hours per week during busy season (12 weeks)

Responsibilities
- Identifying and communicating audit risks to Managing Partners
- Supervising audit, review, and/or compilation work programs, and addressing staff queries.
- Handling and understanding of client engagement to deliver a tailored level of delivery to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and effectively manage multiple engagements at the same time.
- Provide Audit and Assurance services
Requirements:
- 5+ years' or more of audit experience with a public accounting firm.
- Experience with real estate, construction, non-profit, or employee benefit plan accounting
- Hold an active CPA license in good standing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Quickbooks, and tax and accounting software
- Must have comprehensive knowledge of accounting principles
- Exceptional verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Proven history of coaching others to success.
