Job Title: Senior Product Manager - Business Solutions - Finance
Location: Burbank, CA ***Hybrid positions, work 3 days from home ***
Hourly rate: $70 - $85 p/hr + full benefits + excellent retirement package + conversion to full time employment

Noor Staffing Group is partnering with one of the most reputable and well-known organizations in Burbank to find a talented Principal level Product Manager. This role consists of understanding the why, working with stakeholders on discovery, requirements gathering, research, managing the product roadmap, and overseeing the execution of product development Epics, Features and Stories.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in:
- Delivering high-quality products, a strong understanding of business principles and technologies for Enterprise Resource Planning, Enterprise Asset Management, Financial Planning, Budgeting, Procure-to-pay and Supply Chain Management
- Strong foundation and experience with being a Product Manager, a Product Owner and a Scrum Master within Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)
- Knowledge and experience with ERP (Oracle, Workday, ext) with focus on Finance and/or HR both on-prem and in the Cloud
- Knowledge and experience of Finance and/or HR processes and day-to-day practices
- Experience with Organizational Change Management
Skills:
- Knowledge of SAFe Lean, Kanban, Scrum
- Ability to build trust with customers and mary their needs with Product strategy via Light Business cases and quarterly roadmaps
- Hand-on experience with PI Planning, System demos and Retrospectives
- Knowledge of Design thinking, creating Personas and User Journeys
- Ability to conduct Lead time workshops, understanding of OKRs and KPIs
- Ability to lead continuous process improvement workshops (Retros/Inspect & Adopt workshops)
- Ability to ask why and get to the bottom line
- Ability to present to executive stakeholders and keep everyone in the loop
- Ability to create User Stories with well refined Acceptance Criteria
- Knowledge of prioritization frameworks like WSJF
- Ability to conduct Spring Planning, Sprint refinement, Daily stand-ups and Spring Review with working Demos and gathering feedback
- Hand-on knowledge of Jira
Knowledge of Oracle EBS, Oracle HRMS, Oracle Hyperion, Oracle WAM are a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Work with stakeholders to define requirements for new products and enhancements
- Develop and manage the product roadmap and backlog
- Oversee the execution of product development projects
- Manage the budget and timeline for product development projects
- Communicate with stakeholders about the status of product development projects
- Ensure that products meet the needs of stakeholders
- Track and measure product performance
- Identify and address product defects
- Continuously improve the product development process
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in product development
- Experience working with government agencies
- Proven track record of success in delivering high-quality products
- Strong understanding of Agile product development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneous
