Position: Residential Roofing Project Manager

Location: Parsippany, NJ

Salary: DOE ($90,000 - $95,000) + full benefits + bonus

They are looking for a motivated Roofing Project Manager for their residential division in Morris County, NJ.

You will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing all aspects of roofing projects from inception to conclusion while achieving 100% customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Meet with, or call each customer at the beginning of each installation and determine customer’s preferred method of communication.
• Meet with the Crew Leader to verify correct materials needed are on site.
• Give customer midday update and offer a midday walk around if possible.
• Schedule all midday inspections required.
• Complete Installation checklist for each project. i.e. Yard sign installed in the morning.
• Update all accounts properly.
• Review prior weeks installs and inventory counts with Project Supervisor. .
• Assure all payments are delivered to the office or your supervisor with 48 business hours. .
• Ensure all company equipment in clean and working condition.
• Help implement new and evolving processes for position and company.

Requirements

• Must have demonstrated Construction experienced.
• Experience with solar projects is a huge plus
• You must be ok with and able to be on a roof.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Must be willing to work in varying temperatures.
• Clean MVR & background check.
• Able to verbally communicate with crew leader, customers, and office staff.
• Computer literate; comfortable using an iPad.
• Must be able to work variable hours depending on the size of the job.
• Dependable.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to speak Spanish, preferred.
