    Purpose of the Job:

    The Account Manager is tasked to ensure that clients are onboarded effectively, that administrative and contractual elements are handled timeously and accurately, nurturing and maintaining the relationship with his or her clients, acting as a liaison between the client and the rest of the business. The Account Manager is responsible for ensuring that clients get the most value out of Numata by delivering value added services and ensuring that the clients receives exceptional service at all times.

    Description:

    As the Account Manager of Numata, you are tasked with ensuring that all Numata’s clients are on boarded successfully, that we manage queries as efficiently as possible and ensure that our clients receive the support they deserve, making our clients love us with every interaction.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Onboard clients effectively in-line with our formal on boarding project.
    • Assist with monthly client reporting
    • Pre-sales and post-sales support
    • Ad-hoc client meetings
    • Assist with new prospect vetting
    • Vendor management and review
    • Procedural liaison – advise clients on process, policy, ticketing etc.
    • User induction
    • Admin support (SD, NOC, PS, procurement, accounts, field/onsite)
    • Client relations - mediation/dispute resolution
    • Communications (clients, vendors, internal)
    • Perform cost analysis and write proposals
    • Provide ad-hoc consulting to clients if and when required

    5 Years Account Management experience in a MSP environment
