About the Role:

Michel Badin MD PA is looking for a passionate and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our dedicated medical team in Jersey City, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in patient care while working alongside experienced healthcare professionals in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions

Develop and implement individualized patient care plans

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging

Prescribe medications and manage ongoing pharmacological treatments

Educate patients and families on health management, prevention, and wellness

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare staff to ensure continuity of care

Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR)

Requirements:

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of New Jersey

Master's degree or higher in Nursing (MSN, DNP) from an accredited program

Current DEA certification and prescriptive authority

Board certification (FNP, ANP, or relevant specialty) required

Previous clinical experience in a physician practice or outpatient setting preferred

Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems

Strong communication, critical thinking, and patient-centered care skills
