About the Role:

Scheidler Health Associates LLC is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner to join our growing healthcare team in Hamilton, OH. Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories

Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and medical conditions

Develop and implement individualized patient care plans

Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with state regulations

Order and interpret diagnostic tests, labs, and imaging

Provide patient education on health management, disease prevention, and wellness

Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team members to ensure coordinated care

Maintain accurate and thorough clinical documentation in the EMR system

Requirements:

Active Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Ohio

Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing (MSN or DNP) from an accredited program

Current board certification (FNP, AGNP, or relevant specialty)

Valid DEA license or eligibility to obtain one

Experience in primary care, family medicine, or a related clinical setting preferred

Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and diagnostic skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach

Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
