    A dermatologist in Ladera Ranch, in partnership with omo, a proud subsidiary of Hoag is seeking a dynamic Practice Administrator to lead our dedicated team. Our practice is renowned for offering a wide spectrum of dermatologic services, encompassing medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology, to a diverse patient demographic. We are committed to providing an environment that emphasizes quality care, patient satisfaction, and a supportive and friendly atmosphere for both our patients and staff.

    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the practice to ensure efficient and effective delivery of dermatologic services.
    • Manage administrative and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Collaborate with medical staff to develop and implement policies, procedures, and goals that align with the practice’s mission and comply with healthcare regulations.
    • Ensure optimal patient satisfaction by maintaining high service standards and addressing patient concerns promptly and professionally.
    • Oversee financial management, including budgeting, billing, and accounting, to ensure the financial health of the practice.
    • Implement and manage practice marketing and patient retention strategies.
    • Liaise with healthcare providers, insurance companies, and other external partners to facilitate comprehensive patient care.
    • Stay informed about healthcare trends, technologies, and regulatory changes affecting dermatology practice.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience as a Practice Administrator, Office Manager, or similar role in a healthcare setting, preferably in dermatology or a related field.
    • Manage administrative and support staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively interacting with medical staff, patients, and external partners.
    • Commitment to maintaining high-quality care and enhancing patient experience.
    • Knowledge of healthcare regulations, financial management, and operational efficiency.
    • Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team and adapt to the evolving healthcare landscape.
