As a Nurse Practitioner specializing in Pediatric and Adolescent care, you'll be an integral part of a rapidly growing primary care group, supporting a nationally recognized health system in sunny Southern California.

Strong Families Medical Group seeks a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive medical support for pediatric and adolescent patients.
• Conduct regular well-child exams, including physical exams, screening tests, and immunizations.
• Diagnose and treat various childhood and adolescent illnesses and health problems.
• Document all patient evaluations, treatments, medications, and transactions in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver optimal care.
• Educate and counsel patients and families on health and disease prevention.
• Contribute to pediatric research and health policy development.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to professional ethical standards.
• Keep abreast of latest trends in pediatric care and engage in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in the state of California.
• Experience in pediatric and adolescent medicine.
• Proficient in EMR systems, with preference for Office Ally.
• Excellent communication skills and patient-centered approach.
• Fluency in Spanish highly preferred.
