CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE One Restaurant Source is a retailer of commercial refrigeration and equipment in downtown Riverside. We are looking for the right candidate for a Customer Service Associate role. You will help ensure a positive and optimal guest experience with friendly service, thorough knowledge of our products, and a clean, well organized showroom. This is a great opportunity to wear multiple hats and be a big part of a small and growing company. Position is full-time (M-F 10am-6pm) and pays $14.00 and up (depending on experience). DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Greet and assist customers
• Process sales transactions
• Answer phone calls and emails
• Coordinate service calls and appointments
• Manage deliveries and shipments
• Handle basic office paperwork and data entry
• Maintain showroom cleanliness, presentation, and Covid-19 safety standard
• Support manager and warehouse staff when needed

• Ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks
• Resourcefulness in working independently, quickly, and accurately
• Clear communication with customers and fellow employees
• Strong attention to detail
• Self-motivated, team player attitude

ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS

• Bilingual in Spanish, preferred
• Familiarity with basic computer programs (Quickbooks and Microsoft Word/ Excel, preferred)
• Experience in customer service or customer facing positions
• High school diploma or equivalent
