We are looking for a Collections Specialist to join our Accounts Receivable team for OpenTable, North America. The Collections Specialist will provide daily customer service for billing/collection issue resolution and responsible for maintaining a diversified customer portfolio. The Collections Specialist will be expected to deep dive into AR processes and identify opportunities for improvement as well as risk mitigation of existing processes.
