leadership position, we’re seeking a Senior Product Marketing Manager
for our restaurant marketing team. OpenTable, part of Booking

You will play a pivotal role in defining and building the next
generation of market leading products and services for discerning
restaurants. You will serve as the glue between our Restaurant Product,
Design, Sales and Marketing functions, helping us create products that
delight our restaurant partners. You will develop and execute
integrated, global marketing plans which establish OpenTable as a
product leader in all countries in which we operate. You’ll have a clear
understanding of our markets, why restaurants love OpenTable, and the
value we provide. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about applying
actionable insights so that we continue helping our restaurant grow and
thrive.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Lead the adoption and usage of your products with clear product
positioning, naming, launch strategies and tactics.
- Be the trusted voice of the customer internally by gathering and
surfacing insights about our customers and the restaurant industry
through research and analysis. Use these insights to shape our
product and marketing strategy to increase our market presence
and penetration.
- Be a strategic partner with product and sales teams. Effectively
communicate with sales leadership to distill and surface market
feedback to product teams for our restaurant facing products
- Partner with channel marketing teams to drive cross-functional,
cross-channel marketing efforts to meet the growth objectives
associated with ongoing product initiatives.
- Increase the CSAT and NPS scores for your products to retain
OpenTable’s market leadership position
- Inspire action through data-driven insights and execute with
operational rigor and efficienc
WHO YOU ARE
- BA/BS degree required, MBA preferred
- 8+ years overall work experience. Minimum 1-3 years of product
marketing experience in a technology company. Experience with
international markets
- Strategic and creative problem-solver who loves to tackle complex
challenges
- Demonstrated success and passion for collecting and using customer
insight to drive strategic decisions
- Highly analytical, superior project management skills; results
focused with superb execution and follow-through; highly
detail-oriented
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment,
“get it done” environment. Be willing to learn new, exciting things
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
