In this role, you will build and scale our dealer and customer acquisition strategies within your assigned territory, working directly in the field to deliver best-in-class performance. You won't just follow a script; you will be the "boots on the ground" leader responsible for identifying opportunities and closing deals.
As a Sales Representative in a fast-moving, high-tech environment, the ideal candidate combines analytical rigor with exceptional communication and collaboration skills, a strong bias for structured testing and learning to repair and demonstrate the product, and a proven track record of unlocking incremental growth and leading high-performing teams. The candidate with the golf, commercial landscape, and autonomous robotics mowing experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Execute a Comprehensive Growth Strategy: Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle—from prospecting and initial outreach to conversion and long-term retention.
Territory Management: Optimize your sales funnel through disciplined activity, structured testing of sales approaches, and consistent follow-up.
Strategic Partnership: Act as a senior consultant to our external partners, helping them unlock incremental growth through our high-tech solutions.
Performance Excellence: Combine analytical rigor with exceptional interpersonal skills to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Education and Experience:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field
Industry and Domain Experience: 2+ years of related experience in the autonomous robotics, commercial landscape, golf industry, or outdoor power equipment (OPE) industry.
Strategic Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse stakeholders and build high-level customer relationships.
Tech Stack: Proficiency in leveraging CRM systems (HubSpot), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office to drive data-informed decisions and operational efficiency.
Bilingual Capability: Native or professional fluency in both English is mandatory, as this role requires seamless communication with international teams and partners. Mandarin and any second language will be an advantage.
