The Human Resources team is all about the people in the company.  Hiring and retaining the right people is the key to Palo Alto Networks’ continuing ability to innovate, build leading products and generate revenue.

You will be working on our HR Generalist team that oversee the delivery of HR Products and Services to managers and employees from on-boarding to off-boarding, and through the entire cycle of life for employees in between.

Opportunities:

• Voice of the Customer Project (collect data from people managers based on their requirements and use of available HR products and services)
• Participate in the Investigation process (alleged policy violations and employee relations)
• Learn to advise managers in different situations and guide them through the implementation of HR programs
• Manage complex transactions
• Work on projects aimed at continuous improvement of ongoing operations

• Strong written and verbal communication preferred

Requirements – All applicants must be pursuing a 4-year Undergraduate Degree, a 2-year Master’s Degree or a Doctorate degree and returning to school in the fall. You must have authorization to work within the United States.
