    To support our mission, we’re looking for a team-oriented and collaborative individual to join our Inclusion and Diversity team as an INCLUSION & DIVERSITY COORDINATOR.  As we continue to grow the company at high speed, this role will help create and drive best-in-class Inclusion & Diversity solutions that sets us apart from the rest of our industry.

    We are a highly visible, high-energy, and fast-moving department. We are looking for someone who is excellent at multi-tasking and can juggle the day-to-day details of coordinating, and who will not flinch when interruptions occur and priorities change. You must have a demonstrated ability to be flexible, meet deadlines, and creatively solve problems. We also want someone who is committed to making the tech sector (and the world!) a more diverse and inclusive place, which is better for everyone.

    This is a great role to gain fundamental experience in Inclusion & Diversity and Talent Management, including exposure to I&D concepts, program management, and leadership development.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • SUPPORT CREATION OF MATERIALS (SLIDES, BANNERS, POSTERS, ONLINE RESOURCES)
    • COORDINATE A VARIETY OF I&D ACTIVITIES (SCHEDULING, COMMUNICATION, FOLLOW UP)
    • ENGAGE WITH SENIOR LEADERS AS SPONSORS AND SPEAKERS
    • CREATIVELY MARKET INCLUSION & DIVERSITY THROUGH MULTIPLE CHANNELS
    • PROACTIVELY IDENTIFY AND IMPLEMENT PROCESS IMPROVEMENTS
    • ANALYZE AND REPORT ON KEY METRICS

    Required Skills:

    • Relevant coordination experience, preferably in a corporate environment
    • Ability to scale in a high growth, fast paced environment
    • Ability to work well with others at varying levels in the organization
    • Superior organizational skills
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Positive attitude, results driven, and extremely detail oriented
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
