    Palo Alto Networks, the network security company, is looking for an HRIS Analyst with experience in Workday integrations to be part of a growing and dynamic  team. You will have an opportunity to work on challenging and exciting projects as we continue to grow. In this role, you will partner with your HRIS colleagues, IT and internal stakeholders to optimize our integration landscape, and improve or enhance processes by leveraging new and existing technology. This position also serves as a HR Integrations subject matter expert to ensure the integrity of all data, to effectively implement and test system changes, and to design and develop key reporting. This role requires a critical thinker who can execute tactically while maintaining a view to long term goals and company objectives. 

    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    • Lead the ongoing design and implementation of Workday integrations– from enhancements to rollout of end-to-end automation initiatives
    • Provide global HCM systems support to all HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Development, Benefits and Compensation and People Analytics
    • Leverage your continuous improvement mindset to identify, recommend and improve current systems and processes
    • Support upgrades, enhancements, testing, validation and overall system performance
    • Manage security settings within Workday
    • Integrate verification and compliance principles and concepts into HR Business processes
    • Work closely with HR staff, business partners and technical teams to gather requirements, design and implement solutions, conduct testing, and work with stakeholders to ensure successful release and adoption
    • Train and provide support to both HR professionals and business users

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 5+ years of experience working on an HRIS team or equivalent
    • Expert- level proficiency in Workday reporting and integrations (RaaS and Studio)
    • Skilled at providing thought partnership, working with cross-functional teams to understand data-related needs, influence adoption of the optimal approach, and drive the seamless delivery of integration projects
    • Proven ability to build great relationships, and convey and debate design rationale. Emphasis on thought partnership and collaboration.
    • Solid knowledge of HR systems structure, functions and processes; you understand interdependencies between various systems and downstream impact
    • Experience with other Workday HCM areas, such as business process configuration and security. Exposure to Benefits, Advanced Compensation and/or Absence Management a plus
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a global, dynamic environment
