Palo Alto Networks (Evident Team) is looking for a dedicated and
hardworking Customer Success Manager who will work with customers
post-sale and be the point of contact to ensure they have the best
experience and get the most value and ROI from our platform. The
Customer Success Manager should be extremely professional, have
attention to detail, and excellent skills on the phone.
LOCATION - Reston, VA or Pano, TX
Responsibilities:
- Advise customers on best methods to take full advantage of our
platform
- Form strong relationships with customers via email and telephone and
work to keep them fully engaged throughout the process
- Track and ensure a high renewal rate is achieved
- Work with existing customers on upsell opportunities
- Travel periodically to customer conferences or onsite meetings
- Report on customer satisfaction and feedback
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of Customer Success Manager experience
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to manage and lead meetings with customers by phone and
via web using Zoom
- Personable with a proven ability to establish and build effective
working relationships
- Passion for customer service and sales
- Ability to multitask and handle matters with no supervision and with
excellent follow up
- High attention to detail
- Energized by making customers happy and successful
- Experience in Salesforce
