    We are looking for a top-notch SENIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST, SALES to join the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) team. Based in Santa Clara, this position reports to the Director of Finance. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, hardworking, solution-oriented, and enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

    •  Develop a deep understanding of sales organization landscape and partner with sales leaders to drive business growth and financial profitability goals
    • Provide insightful and actionable recommendations for effective decision making through data analysis
    • Build, maintain, and improve models to support go-to-market strategy for increased efficiency and productivity
    • Create and manage performance metrics to track and identify key trends, risks, and opportunities, ensuring a high degree of accuracy
    • Collaborate cross-functionally to continually improve alignment, consistency, processes, and procedures
    • Fulfill ad-hoc and regular requests from business partners, corporate FP&A, and other cross-functional teams to drive high corporate performance and to assist with executive decision making

    Skills/Requirements:

    BA/BS in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or equivalent; MBA a plus

    4+ years of related analytical experience with record of strong achievement

    Strong financial analysis and modeling skills, combined with business sense to assess business situations, draw conclusions, and recommend decisions in simple, consumable format

    Advanced Excel skills with ability to analyze large amounts of data – understand big picture without losing sight of finer details

    Ability to meet timelines, prioritize business needs, and manage multiple projects simultaneously

    Team player with excellent communication skills with all levels of organization

    Willingness and ability to adapt to rapid business and organizational changes that accompany a high-growth environment

    Self-motivated, energetic, and positive attitude
