    Job Description

If you thrive working on a dynamic, fast-paced team and are ready to roll up your sleeves to make a difference in healthcare, keep reading!

We are seeking an ambitious CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER for our CareCompass referral management team. This person will be responsible for helping par8o to create and maintain strong client relationships from implementation through ongoing account management and special projects. You'll be joining a small team so this role is best suited for a hands-on, self-starter who can learn quickly and deliver in a fast-paced environment-- someone who is both a do-er but also can take a step back and figure out how to continually improve processes to scale.

Please include a cover letter when you apply. If you apply without a cover letter, we will disregard your application.

Applications are accepted through Workable and you should apply at this link https://apply.workable.com/par8o/j/097C1F9241 . Quick apply applicants through other sites will not be considered.

    PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Support and eventually drive client software (we're a SaaS product) implementations including goal setting, workflow analysis, requirement gathering, meeting facilitation and keeping it all organized.
    • Support and eventually own existing strategic client relationships including managing product requests, advising on best practices, and keeping an eye on how par8o fits in with clients strategies while maintaining a professional, warm relationship with client leads.
    • Use project management tools for planning, prioritization, tracking deliverables, and escalating issues.
    • Identify and address areas of client risk, analyze, and implement strategies to mitigate those risks.
    • Collaborate with the product team to assist with basic product management tasks
    • Identify and lead internal projects to reshape and continuously optimize the par8o Care Compass product
    • Uphold and comply with par8os professional conduct, security, confidentiality, and availability policies as outlined.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • ~5-7 years experience in healthcare operations, project management, or consulting.
    • Experience in client management, software implementation and/or integration (e.g. electronic medical records), strong on managing competing priorities and complex projects
    • Prior healthcare experience is desirable, but if not, a strong interest in and curiosity about the rapidly changing U.S. healthcare landscape.
    • Ability to independently prioritize work, creatively problem-solve, and deliver results when opportunities arise.
    • Strong work ethic, interpersonal skills, sense of urgency, self-accountability, and decision-making skills.
    • Willingness to do whatever is needed to support the business and clients, even if its outside of your exact role
    • BA/BS degree or more
    • This role is ideally based out of our Boston office but we are open to the tri-state area or New England for the perfect candidate; 10% - 20% travel may be required (someday post-pandemic!), in particular to New York City.
    • par8o cannot support work visa sponsorship at this time

    BENEFITS

    • Full-time employees are offered excellent health, dental & vision insurance options as well as employee-paid 401K and Roth 401K options
    • Discounted pet insurance
    • Collaborative and exciting culture
    • Flexible vacation policy
    • Once Boston-based employees are back in the office: work from home Fridays - we understand and encourage work-life balance, a great location near Faneuil Hall with accessible transit, Monday lunches on the house, and a dog-friendly office
