Restock shelves and ensure inventory is up-to-date and well-displayed.
Collaborate with team members to achieve daily operational goals.
Participate in promotional events and assist with merchandising efforts.
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and welcoming environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
