OVERVIEW: Pepper and the Live FAST Media, LLC team seek a bright Social Media & Influencer Coordinator to support the pepper team in their Downtown LA office and studio space. Candidates must have excellent time management, communication and organizational skills, and the ability to anticipate needs with initiative and enthusiasm. Candidates must be professional with excellent client-facing communications skills, both written and verbal. We are seeking a full time employee to provide creative and logistical support for all pepper pr, marketing and influencer engagement client operations.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
INFLUENCER RELATIONS MANAGEMENT:
Create program strategies and maintain talent lists
Create, send, and file talent contracts for pepper influencer campaigns
Create and manage gifting and seeding programs logistics including inventory linesheets, treat sheets, campaign planners, etc.
Assist with creation of outreach emails and ask language
Oversee all logistics and communications for influencer campaigns, including outreach, product coordination, negotiation, content briefing and content delivery
Oversee shipping and logistics, ensuring talent packages arrive on schedule and content deadlines are met
Weekly and monthly reporting on placements secured, to include posting screen grabs and recordings, key learnings and insights.
MARKETING:
Assist with strategizing and presenting marketing initiatives to clients, including completion of pitch decks, concept outlines, budget breakdowns
Strategize, support, and execute amplification of pepper initiatives including community engagement events and in-studio programming
Support with brand partnership strategy, pitching, outreach, and negotiating deliverables.
Building and managing communications plans, including the narrative and editorial offering for earned media coverage, complimentary content for owned channels and the distribution approach for all relevant media channels
COMMUNITY MANAGEMENT
Daily management of Agency social accounts to foster & manage community (like, comment, respond to DM's) and implement & monitor boosts.
Engage with aligned individuals and brands to build community, develop relationships, and cultivate potential for collaboration/business development.
Provide brand partnership outreach support.
Strategize and execute social & physical promotion of studio space specifically to boost rentals.
Create social/editorial calendar based on upcoming content & important events/national days where we can capitalize on existing conversation.
Act as liaison for existing agency partners & clients in terms of managing supporting-content that is to be posted on social media
Social analytics
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:
Strong proficiency with online research, database management
Solid understanding of media relations fundamentals, research tools, protocols and ethical standards
Agility on all leading social media platforms
Solid network of media and influencer contacts
Energy and ability to contribute as part of a team
Ability to think creatively
Strong multitasking skills, ability to spearhead admin and creative projects simultaneously
Completed some college coursework / Associate’s Degree
Proficient in Google Programs, Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Ability to consistently meet deadlines
Ability to maintain flexibility and creativity in a variety of situations
Must live in Los Angeles and have transportation
