The incumbent will proactively work assigned accounts to maximize accurate and timely payments. This will be a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
✔ Creative individuals who are self-disciplined and capable of identifying and completing critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency. ✔ Money-motivated individuals looking for a highly competitive salary and monthly bonus package, along with clearly defined career path opportunities. ✔ Compassionate individuals with strong communication, problem-solving and analytical skills. ✔ High-school diploma, or equivalent. Associates degree or higher preferred. ✔ 5+ years of experience in debt collections, customer service, or similar phone-based employment. ✔ Experience in a telecommunications environment is preferred.
WHAT WE REQUIRE
✔ Recover outstanding account balances for clients. ✔ Making outbound collection calls in a professional manner while keeping and improving customer relations. ✔ Review and monitor assigned accounts and all applicable collection reports. ✔ Provide timely follow-up on payment arrangements. ✔ Mail correspondence to consumers to encourage payment of delinquent accounts. ✔ Provide customer service regarding collection issues in heavy traffic call-center. ✔ Resolve client discrepancies; reconcile customer disputes pertaining to outstanding due balances. ✔ Achieve minimum requirements on all key performance indicators. ✔ Meet defined department goals and activity metrics. ✔ Daily / weekly reporting to direct supervisor. ✔ Provide written account information as requested by consumers.
