We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Physician Assistant to join our orthopedic spine team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside an experienced orthopedic spine surgeon in a collaborative, fast-paced, and supportive environment. Responsibilities

Perform patient consultations and physical examinations

Conduct pre-operative and post-operative evaluations

Serve as surgical first assist

Review and interpret diagnostics (MRI, CT, X-ray, EMG)

Develop treatment plans and manage medications

Coordinate care and maintain direct communication with patients

Collaborate with surgeons and advanced providers

Qualifications

Active PA license in New Jersey

Reliable transportation and ability to commute to multiple NJ locations

Spanish speaking preferred

Prior orthopedic/spine experience preferred

New graduates welcome (must have passed PA exam; training provided)

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive salary: $120,000–$140,000/year + bonus
