Manos Pizza LLC in Methuen, MA is looking for a passionate and skilled Pizza Maker to join our team! Responsibilities:

Prepare and hand-stretch pizza dough to order specifications

Apply sauces, cheeses, and toppings accurately and consistently

Operate and monitor pizza ovens to ensure proper cooking temperatures and times

Maintain a clean and organized prep station throughout the shift

Follow food safety and sanitation standards at all times

Assist with restocking ingredients and managing inventory levels

Work efficiently during high-volume rushes to meet customer demand

Requirements:

Prior experience in a pizzeria, restaurant, or food service environment preferred

Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-temperature kitchen setting

Strong attention to detail and consistency in food preparation

Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player

Knowledge of food safety and proper handling procedures

Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs

Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
