    Job Description

    We are looking for a Technical Program Manager III to join the Enterprise Procurement team to focus on Wireless Network Procurement. The Wireless Network category includes Core, RAN, and related support and maintenance. The role will work closely with engineering and operational stakeholders to ensure the success of the client's Wireless strategy.

    Candidates should possess technical category management experience, a commercial mindset, and negotiation skills. An understanding of wireless communications technology is preferred.

    This position is a hybrid role with 4 days on-site and 1 day remote and will be a W-2 Hourly 3+ month contract with possible extension.

    The hourly rate is $56 – $60. Candidates will be paid within this range based on their work experience and skills. Candidates are also eligible for limited benefits such as health insurance, professional development, training, our referral bonus program, and our wellness program.

    Responsibilities:

    • Responsible for managing one or more highly complex or enterprise-wide IT program(s) consisting of multiple projects.
    • Support Director with Wireless procurement category strategies, by running spend analysis and market analysis for assigned categories.
    • Support Director with commercial and contractual T&Cs negotiations
    • Coordinate and manage SOW execution and follow-up support, as applicable
    • Build an understanding of business direction, requirements, and priorities across assigned responsibilities.
    • Ensures integration of projects and adjusts project scope, timing, and budgets as needed, based on the needs of the business.
    • Communicate with IT leadership, business leadership, and IT Business Consultants to convey program strategy, direction, and changes.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or other related field.
    • 3 - 5 years of Technical Program Management experience.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must have a results-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple procurement projects simultaneously with frequent communication touchpoints.
    • Ability to identify, analyze, and improve existing business processes for the purpose of optimization.
    • Strong analytical skills – utilize complex formulas in Excel to analyze data
    • Visual analytic skills – translate information & data analyses into audience-appropriate presentations to recommend strategies and guide decision-making
    • Experience interacting with and presenting to leadership and stakeholders at a variety of levels is preferred.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Must have a results-oriented mindset and strong organizational skills.
