JOB DESCRIPTION:

We are looking for a Product Marketing Associate to own and grow a variety of online marketing products and the monetization associated with these products. This individual will be responsible for developing new and existing marketing practices and products based on A/B testing and other analytics.  This person will be extremely analytical, strategic, entrepreneurial, and will be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects under tight deadlines.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage online development of financial marketing websites both desktop and mobile with performance measured on revenue and profit results
• Lead the creation of complex website projects, coordinating resources from multiple parts of the organization (marketing, sales, creative agency, engineering)
• Access and analyze significant amounts of data to identify trends and/or patterns which lead to specific insights about our websites
• Provide thought leadership in developing new, innovative marketing practices and services based on market research and collaboration with
• Lead the product A/B testing, iteration and analytics
• Work closely with various online media teams to assess daily  performance and profitability enabling them to grow volumes and profitability for the business

GENERAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience in either online marketing or web product development
• Solid project management skills, highly organized and able to independently prioritize tasks given business drivers 
• Outstanding analytical skills and rigor, excellent at complex problem-solving
• Good grasp of best practices in Website design – demonstrated understanding of what makes people transact online
• Solid understanding of web metrics and how they impact the profitability of a business
