re:fab is looking for a licensed plumber to work as a subcontractor for commercial and residential projects.

In this position, the plumber will be responsible for all aspects of pricing, installation, inspection, operation, and repair of the plumbing systems for our commercial and residential renovation divisions. Our ideal candidate must be familiar with various types of commercial and residential plumbing systems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with our estimating team on job quotes
• Install fixtures according to code and as per job
• Perform work in a neat, organized and timely manner
• Work with our operations team to obtain permits for work to be performed
• Keep up to date with current safety regulations and requirements for the various systems that we install to ensure that all installed systems pass inspection
• Work collaboratively with the re:fab estimating and operations team
• Keep detailed reports of work completed and report daily logs to re:fab team
• Complete jobs on time and budget
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, and adhere to company standards and safety program
