We are hiring experienced sub-contractor painters to join our team in the New England area for commercial and residential projects. It is required that you carry your own general liability and workers comp insurances, have a valid USA drivers license and are authorized to work in the Untied States

The Right Fit Should:

• Have general knowledge of ladder and power equipment use (i.e. sanders, sprayers, large ladders, lifts, etc.)
• Have a thorough understanding of preparation procedures (i.e. sanding, caulking, sealing, etc.)
• Show an ability to learn all painting functions; i.e. paint windows, doors, soffits, fascia, shutters, etc.
• Arrive to the job or pick-up spot prior to designated time daily, unless otherwise specified by crew leader or supervisor
• Must be able to lift 75 lbs
• Ability to perform light carpentry
• Must be a team player committed to working in a fast-pasted environment
• Keep detailed reports of work completed and report daily logs to re:fab team
• Complete jobs on time and budget
• Must be able to read/understand English
• Comply with all company policies and procedures; adhere to company standards and safety program

General Requirements:

• Applicant MUST have a reliable & insured truck or van to travel to and from job sites throughout New England
• Working cell phone
• This is a part-time employee position
