    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team. As a PM, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects and ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, excellent problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of construction processes.

    Duties:
    - Supervise and coordinate construction activities on-site
    - Manage and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resources
    - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
    - Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise
    - Conduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to project specifications
    - Review and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other construction documents
    - Provide guidance and support to construction teams throughout the project lifecycle
    - Maintain accurate records of project progress, including daily reports and documentation of any changes or delays
    - Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and regulatory agencies

    Experience:
    - Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
    - Strong knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials
    - Proficient in using construction management software such as ProCore
    - Familiarity with budgeting and cost control principles
    - Ability to read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and other technical documents
    - Excellent leadership and supervisory skills
    - Strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to resolving issues
    - Knowledge of OSHA regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe work environment
    - Experience with construction estimating software such as HeavyBid is a plus
    - Proficiency in using Primavera or other project scheduling software is preferred

    Portuguese or Spanish speaking would be an asset
