    redIQ is a fast-growing platform designed to help multifamily apartment investors and brokers execute their deals faster and with a greater degree of confidence. Our software eliminates data entry by automatically extracting data from relevant documents, organizing the data, then turns the data into insights. redIQ's commercial functions are predominately based in New York City and the product organization is based in Salt Lake City.

    Job Description

    redIQ is seeking an ambitious, motivated MBA student interested in software product management. This person will work closely with the redIQ product team and be involved with all aspects of our market research, user interviews, data analysis, feature discovery/planning, and backlog management. This position will be based out of Salt Lake City Office. Pay will be based on skills/experience.

    Hard/Soft Skills:

    • Knowledge of commercial real estate, finance, and underwriting a major plus

    • Self-starter that can handle ambiguity and minimal supervision preferred

    • Ability to manage multiple projects and demonstrate great time management

    • Interest and knowledge of scrum/agile preferred

    • Interest and knowledge in software products

    • Experience in a marketing role a plus

    • Ability to do market and competitor research

    • Ability to help with ad hoc problem solving

    • Excel Fluent

    • Experience with Data visualization tools (Power BI a plus)

    Ideal Candidate:

    • Can help apply strong product/marketing ideas from the ground up for new product features to be developed in redIQ along with a go to market strategy for those new features

    • Is interested in shadowing a product team in a support role, helping with various ad-hoc projects, potential for escalation of responsibilities depending on aptitude

    • Is interested in understanding business/user needs, helping conduct feedback loops, and documenting findings

    • Can assess market competition by comparing the company's product to competitors' products.

    • Provides information for management by preparing short-term and long-term product reports and analyses; answering questions and requests.

    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
