    Job Description

     

    WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR:

    We’re looking for a dedicated and driven individual to help grow our Denver territory.  This is a true sales-oriented position where your success depends on your ability to find deals and foster relationships with Developers that rely on RedT Homes for projects and expertise.  This is not a fend-for-yourself role, you will have a full team to support your efforts.

     

    WHAT YOU’LL DO:

    As the Acquisitions Specialist the bulk of your efforts will be spent collaborating with the team identifying/analyzing potential development/redevelopment projects and then tracking down the owners to discuss the opportunity of selling. There is a built-in marketing system that will generate leads for you. Additionally, we also have a Developer Buyer List of clients we have worked with for 10+ years.  Quick and consistent follow up are imperative and will be a huge key to your success.

     

    THE OPPORTUNITY:

    This is a unique opportunity for the right person to have a fast trajectory into a career in Real Estate Development.  You will experience the full development process – from analysis to negotiations to a final finished product.  

     

    THE PREREQUISITES:

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sales success and ideally a Colorado Real Estate Broker’s license (or ability to acquire one quickly). Above all we need to see/know that you’ll be able to stay committed to the process and prove that you can find and acquire properties.

     

    WAGE AND BENEFITS:

    There will be a guaranteed base salary of $45,000 plus commissions. Commissions should be over $100,000 with potential to go much higher.  We offer an excellent benefits package that includes medical/dental, profit sharing & 401(k) with a company match after one year, vacation days, flex days, and swap days.
