About the Role:

Creating Balance Inc is looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Altamonte Springs, FL! In this rewarding role, you'll make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals by delivering applied behavior analysis (ABA) therapy in a supportive and collaborative environment. Responsibilities:

Implement individualized ABA therapy programs under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)

Collect accurate data on client behavior and skill acquisition during therapy sessions

Utilize evidence-based behavioral intervention strategies to support client goals

Provide direct 1:1 therapy to clients in home, clinic, or community settings

Maintain detailed session notes and documentation in compliance with company standards

Communicate regularly with supervisors and treatment team members regarding client progress

Assist in the development and review of behavior intervention plans (BIPs)

Requirements:

Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required

High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred

Prior experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) or developmental disabilities

Strong understanding of ABA principles and discrete trial training (DTT)

Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills

Ability to pass a background check and Level 2 screening

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client locations in the Altamonte Springs area
