About the Role:

Concept Renaissance Services LLC is looking for a motivated and hardworking Remodeling Helper to join our growing team in Jacksonville, FL! This is a great opportunity to get hands-on experience in the remodeling and construction industry while working alongside skilled tradespeople. Responsibilities:

Assist lead remodelers and tradespeople with residential and commercial renovation projects

Prepare job sites by cleaning, organizing, and staging tools and materials

Support demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, and finish work as directed

Load, unload, and transport materials and equipment to and from job sites

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment throughout the project

Follow instructions from supervisors and adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines

Assist with general labor tasks as needed to keep projects on schedule

Requirements:

Prior experience in construction, remodeling, or general labor is a plus but not required

Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks

Reliable, punctual, and committed to showing up ready to work

Willingness to learn and take direction from experienced tradespeople

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools is a bonus

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred

Strong work ethic and a positive, team-oriented attitude
