    Job Description:

    We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Care Assistant to join our team at [Facility Name]. In this role, you will provide high-quality care and support to our residents, assisting them with daily activities and promoting their overall well-being in a safe and nurturing environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Assist residents with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, ensuring their dignity and comfort at all times.
    - Support residents with mobility, transfer, and rehabilitation activities, providing encouragement and assistance as needed.
    - Administer medications and treatments as directed by licensed healthcare providers, adhering to all safety and regulatory standards.
    - Monitor and document residents’ health status and changes in condition, reporting any concerns to appropriate staff immediately.
    - Engage residents in social and recreational activities, fostering a sense of community and promoting emotional well-being.
    - Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for residents, adhering to infection control standards.
    - Collaborate with healthcare professionals, family members, and other staff to create and implement personalized care plans.
    - Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge related to resident care.
    - Uphold residents’ rights, confidentiality, and dignity in all interactions.

    Qualifications:

    - High school diploma or equivalent; completion of a certified nursing assistant (CNA) program is preferred.
    - Previous experience in a healthcare or caregiving role, especially in long-term care, is an advantage.
    - Basic understanding of medical terminology and common health conditions.
    - Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and communicate well with residents, families, and staff.
    - Compassionate nature with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
    - Physical ability to assist residents with mobility and perform duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
    - Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR is a plus.
