About the Role:

Linda's Cleaning Service LLC is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Residential Cleaning Technician to join our growing team in Kansas City, MO! This is a great opportunity to take pride in your work, make a real difference in people's homes, and be part of a friendly, hardworking crew.

Responsibilities:

Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes including kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and living areas

Dust, vacuum, mop, and sanitize surfaces to company standards

Clean and disinfect high-touch areas such as countertops, fixtures, and appliances

Follow cleaning checklists and client-specific instructions for each home

Manage and restock cleaning supplies and equipment as needed

Communicate professionally with clients and team members on-site

Ensure homes are left spotless and client-ready upon completion

Requirements:

Previous residential or commercial cleaning experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work

Reliable transportation and ability to travel to client homes in the Kansas City area

Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently

Physical ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 25 lbs throughout the workday

Trustworthy, professional, and respectful of clients' homes and belongings

Must be dependable with a consistent attendance record
