About the Role:

The Curated Closet in Coeur d'Alene, ID is looking for a passionate and personable Retail Sales Associate to join our team! If you love fashion, enjoy helping people find their perfect look, and thrive in a fun boutique environment, this could be the opportunity for you. Come be part of a team that makes every customer feel confident and stylish. Must be able to work weekends, we are open until 5pm.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with a warm, welcoming attitude to deliver an exceptional shopping experience

Provide personalized styling advice and product recommendations to drive sales

Process transactions accurately using point-of-sale (POS) systems

Maintain visually appealing merchandise displays and organized store floor sets

Restock inventory and assist with receiving and tagging new merchandise

Meet and exceed individual and store sales goals and KPIs

Support loss prevention efforts by staying attentive to store activity

Requirements:

Previous retail sales or customer service experience preferred

Genuine passion for fashion, personal styling, and current trends

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays

Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 30 lbs

Reliable, punctual, and a true team player

Basic math skills and experience with POS systems is a plus
