Reveleer is a fast-growing SaaS based company in Glendale, CA. We empower managed care organizations nationwide to take control of their Risk Adjustment and Quality Improvement initiatives to improve quality of care and optimize revenue performance. 

We are seeking a Training and Development Specialist to join our team in Glendale. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for training and development.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Design, develop and deploy e-learning and in-class training programs for new hires, current employees and external customers
• Create and host in person training and online trainings (live, virtual, eLearning, webinar)
• Provide continuous feedback to leaders regarding training trends, course material feedback and additional training needs
• Monitor trends in call center production and make suggestions to increase and improve performance
• Provide in depth analysis of training issues and create an action plan to set up company for success
• Ensure collaboration among cross functional teams for the roll out of product releases

ABOUT YOU

• 3+ years of training and development experience
• Bachelor's Degree required   
• Proficient in MS Office  
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations, HEDIS, Risk Adjustment and IVA a plus  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers  
• Travel as needed
