Reveleer is a healthcare software and services company that uses Machine Learning and Intelligent Automation technology to empower Health Plans to take control over their Quality Improvement and Risk Adjustment programs. The Reveleer platform enables payers to independently execute and manage every aspect of provider outreach, retrieval, coding, abstraction, and reporting – all under one platform. Leveraging proprietary technology, robust data sets, and subject matter expertise, Reveleer also assists payers with full record retrieval and review services to support financial performance and improved member outcomes.

We are currently seeking to contract Medical Field Technicians in that may cover a 200 mile radius to navigate through EMR/EHR sites for record retrieval.

JOB FUNCTIONS

• Drive to medical provider offices based on an appointment schedule to retrieve medical records where charts would be captured by either of the following methods:
• Access the provider's EMR/EHR system and pull charts onto a secure Iron Key
• Scan paper records
• In both scenarios a review of the medical records to capture only what is requested is necessary
• After charts are retrieved, they must be uploaded to our platform
• Daily check-ins via our remote app upon arrival and departure from a provider's office
• Recording of mileage to and from each stop
• A summary report of each chart retrieved along with a detailed invoice
• Weekly reporting of the upcoming week's availability for our onsite scheduling team
• Communication with our scheduling team for any updates, issues, obstacles or change in plans
• Willingness to drive, at minimum, a 150-mile radius to cover appointments
• May require overnight stays at hotels or in some cases elongated stays when the volume of chart collection will take days to complete
• May require overnight stays in different towns each night to accommodate a week's schedule that is not condensed in one area
• As shown here, there is a requirement to be flexible with schedule changes or difficult schedules in general
• Also, with scheduling sometimes tight, it is essential optimum productivity is met daily
• Ensure that all charts copied within a day are uploaded to our platform within the same day.  There are times that is not possible at a provider's office but still must be completed within the day
• Professionalism in both manner and dress are always required within provider offices and in communication with headquarter staff
• An ability to professionally deal with any escalation that may occur within a provider office is mandatory

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

• At least one audit season of experience as a Medical Records Field Tech Reviewer
• Ability to take on contractual work
• Experience with a variety of EMR/EHR systems
• Pre-existing understanding of HIPAA and secure PHI protocols
• Computer literate with the expectation of the ability to connect a laptop to a scanner, work with the scan software, build folder/file structures, adhere to naming convention, transfer files via Iron Key thumb drives, use Outlook, Word and Excel for email, notes and invoices, respectively
• Clear and professional verbal and written skills
• High School Diploma
• AA, BA or BS preferred
• Current State Driver's License
• Own a personal vehicle and have current insurance in one's own name
• Clean motor vehicle record
• Pass background check
• Pass drug screen
• Ability to lift and/or carry at least 35 pounds
