    Reveleer is a fast-growing SaaS based company in Glendale, CA. We empower managed care organizations nationwide to take control of their Risk Adjustment and Quality Improvement initiatives to improve quality of care and optimize revenue performance.

    We are seeking a part-time Accounting Clerk for our Glendale office. We are looking for someone to work 24 hours per week, 2-3 days per week. Pay will be $17.00/hr. 

    The Accounting Clerk is responsible for all things Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable including correct coding of both vendor and client invoices and payment for both types of invoices are made and received in a timely manner. Reporting to the Accounting Manager, we need an individual with a can-do attitude, outstanding organizational skills, keen attention to detail and proactively problem solve. The ideal candidate will have experience with digital media and be familiar with COGS and expense reporting as it relates to an agency organization. Must be familiar with Quickbooks accounting software and Concur expense reporting software.

    ABOUT YOU:

    • Coding and entering bills and invoices into Quickbooks software.
    • Creating and maintaining accounting files.
    • Responsible for vendor maintenance - set up and W-9 storage.
    • Preparing yearly 1099s for dissemination.
    • Prepare bill payments for bi-weekly check and ACH payment runs.
    • Credit card reconciliation and expense reimbursement in a timely manner.
    • Supporting monthly billing of clients, as needed.
    • Supporting client collections and past due notices, as needed.
    • Having a good handle on both AP and AR inboxes.
    • Operating as a trusted business partner and providing excellent levels of service across the organization.
    • Proactively maintaining a thorough understanding of new and proposed accounting standards and the impact to the organization.
    • Suggesting and improving existing policies and procedures to create more efficient processes across the department.

    WHAT YOU'LL HAVE:

    • Bachelor's degree (B.A./B.S.) with a focus in Accounting or Finance (preferred, not required)
    • At least 1-3 years of accounting experience
    • Working knowledge of Quickbooks software is required
    • Working knowledge of Concur expense reporting software is required
    • Strong Excel (Google Sheets) skills are required
    • Proficient knowledge of GAAP and recent accounting trends
    • Excellent time management skills, ability to juggle multiple projects
    • Strong operational experience with a focus on process improvement and documentation
    • Positive, can-do attitude
