PAYROLL SPECIALIST/HR GENERALIST

LEVERAGING PROPRIETARY TECHNOLOGY, ROBUST DATA SETS, AND SUBJECT MATTER EXPERTISE, REVELEER ALSO ASSISTS PAYERS WITH FULL RECORD RETRIEVAL AND REVIEW SERVICES TO SUPPORT FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE AND IMPROVED MEMBER OUTCOMES.

We are currently seeking a Payroll Specialist/HR Generalist to join our HR team in our Glendale, CA office.

What You'll Do:

· Process payroll for 100 plus employees

· Create and enter PR/HR journal entries. Ex: benefit and cost allocations

· Manage budgets for PR, and benefits, 

· Work with HR Director to provide HR support for all staff

· Process and monitor HR expense with regards to bonus and merit increases

About You:

· Minimum of 3-5 years' experience in HR with payroll duties

· BA Degree in HR or relevant study

· Attention to detail and ability to produce work with high degree of accuracy

· Excellent oral and written communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with cross-functional teams and with management

· Solid understanding of HR and Payroll concepts

· Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment while juggling multiple responsibilities.

· Ability to meet strict deadlines and work under pressure

· Strong analytical and problem solving skills

· Experience in Microsoft Office Suite
